കുമാര് ആര്ച്ച് ടെക് ലിമിറ്റഡ് പ്രാഥമിക ഓഹരി വില്പനയ്ക്ക് (ഐപിഒ) അനുമതി തേടി സെബിയ്ക്ക് കരടുരേഖ (ഡിആര്എച്ച്പി) സമര്പ്പിച്ചു.
രണ്ട് രൂപ മുഖവിലുള്ള ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളുടെ ഐപിഒയിലൂടെ 740 കോടി രൂപ സമാഹരിക്കാനാണ് കമ്പനി ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. 240 കോടി രൂപയുടെ പുതിയ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളും നിലവിലുള്ള നിക്ഷേപകരുടെ 500 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളുടെ ഓഫര് ഫോര് സെയിലുമാണ് ഐപിഒയില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
