എന്വിറോ ഇന്ഫ്രാ എഞ്ചിനീയേഴ്സ് ലിമിറ്റഡിന്റെ പ്രാഥമിക ഓഹരി വില്പന (ഐപിഒ) 2024 നവംബര് 22 മുതല് 26 വരെ നടക്കും. 3,86,80,000 പുതിയ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളും പ്രമോട്ടര്മാരുടെ 52,68,000 ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളുടെ ഓഫര് ഫോര് സെയിലുമാണ് ഐപിഒയില് ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
10 രൂപ മുഖവിലയുള്ള ഓഹരി ഒന്നിന് 140 രൂപ മുതല് 148 രൂപ വരെയാണ് പ്രൈസ് ബാന്ഡ് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. കുറഞ്ഞത് 101 ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികള്ക്കും തുര്ന്ന് 101ന്റെ ഗുണിതങ്ങള്ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.
